Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders over $40.00 USD. For all other orders we charge a flat shipping rate of $9.00 USD per shipping address. Our standard delivery time is generally no more 5 business days, with shipments going out Monday-Wednesday! If you place an order after 5 p.m./ET Wednesday it will not be shipped until Monday. We do this to ensure products are not sitting over the weekend with postal carriers due to melting points.

Cloud 9 Candle Co. is NOT responsible for packages that state “delivered” vis USPS tracking and are not received as well as packages not received due to incorrect address entry when purchasing items. If package is returned to sender due to this or similar reason, a “reshipping” fee will be required.
