We love our Cloud 9 customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! Refund or Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery date! You must visit the website to contact us and we will solve the issue in 2-4 business days.

  • We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.
  • We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
